Just before last Christmas I purchased a liner from you and before I get to my question I would like to tell you why you don't have to worry about me going into the chimney business. It started out great; I wrapped the six inch liner with insulation, chicken wire, and then wrapped that with the solid wire you sent. The " flexible" liner wasn't so flexible now and no longer six inches in diameter. With my brother (the engineer) on the roof and me below with the rope, the liner went down very easy the first 8 feet and then it got stuck, it wouldn't go down and you couldn't pull it back up. My brother "the engineer" sat on the chimney and began pushing and pulling the liner; the phone rang and a neighbor said it looked like Santa over dosed on Viagra and couldn't get down the chimney. It started to rain and sleet and I was going to abandoned the project for another day when my wife said there was no way I was going to leave a 12 foot phallic symbol hanging over the side of our house. This time instead of pulling the rope I started jerking it hard and the liner began to move After talking with other people about this it seems that I was the only person in the world that that didn't know chimneys are built with an offset about half way down. The next kit I buy from you will install easier ! The liner works great and I sleep much better with it there. Thanks for all your help and support before and after the sale! - Ken
(Ken, thanks for the order & the laughs - Dan)

Hello
I received my liner kit last Thursday and have
installed it into my chimney.
The liner went together very well and the insulation
and mesh 'sock' slid on with some patience.
There seems to be a strong draft in the liner.
Just a note that the whole process really only took about 3-3.5hours!!!
-Thanks,
Ann

We installed the liner this past Saturday, it went in very well. I think it took us about four hours. Thanks for being in business. Installing this myself with your guidance, was simple. By not using an installer, I saved about $850! Gotta love that. -Thank you....Ian

Hi guys - I just wanted to drop you a line to say the the chimney liner was everything that you promised. I was very impressed with the quality of all of the components in the kit , and you were right, it is the eisiest system to install I have ever seen. We are now enjoying cooking breakfast and staying warm with our antique wood cook stove! I am a firm believer of the old saying, "you get what you pay for". Thanks again for selling such a quality product. -Ryan

The chimney liner kit is great!!!!!!!! The liner really improved the draft in my 11 inch chimney. The service was even better than the product ( hard to believe) as I was even told some of the tricks of the trade to install the liner . Everything is what you told me. Really nice to do business with "old fashioned", trustworthy people. Thanks again. -Dave
